When I received the letter saying I needed to have the water meter battery changed out I found the scheduling very easy and workable to my schedule. The repair person came on time, was very friendly and the whole process took 15 minutes.

water meter installer/ inspector was on time, friendly, competent and knew his job well. He explained what he was doing and why. Asked if any questions. Time spent about 30 min.
